1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply. Terms not defined below carry their ordinary meaning in standard English.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the qq221 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following are true at the time of registration and remain true throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and a resident of Indonesia.
• You are at least 21 years of age. qq221 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Access by persons under 21 is prohibited.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, beyond the Indonesia context.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of qq221 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or legal entity.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one active qq221 Account. Opening or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. qq221 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held within them.

3.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and your preferred payment method (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qq221 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify qq221 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Account by contacting [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, qq221 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves the submission of government-issued photographic identification (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the required documents are received and approved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency and Minimum Amounts

All transactions on the qq221 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time; any changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered Members.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

qq221 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All payment accounts or e-wallets used must be registered in the same legal name as your qq221 Account. Third-party transfers are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are typically credited to your qq221 Account within minutes of confirmation from the sending bank or e-wallet. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) are generally processed within 15–60 minutes for domestic bank transfers and within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet disbursements. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. qq221 does not guarantee processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

qq221 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, compliance checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds derived from fraudulent transactions, reversed deposits, or chargeback claims may be forfeited. Members must not attempt to withdraw funds that were deposited via a payment method that has since been reversed, disputed, or charged back.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

qq221 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. Bonus offers are available to Indonesian residents who are at least 21 years of age and have completed registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 10x (ten times) the sum of the deposit and bonus amount. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, togel number games, or low-margin bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying the requirement. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

qq221 monitors betting patterns and Account activity to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering predominantly on high-RTP or low-risk outcomes solely to clear a bonus, creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Bonus Funds cancelled, withdrawals suspended, and Account terminated without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

qq221 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in the process of being wagered, except in cases where fraud or technical error is involved.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games offered on the qq221 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. Published RTP figures for each game reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by chance and that no strategy guarantees a profit.

6.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction that interrupts an active bet or game round, qq221 will investigate the incident and determine the outcome at its sole discretion, which may include voiding the affected bet and returning the wager amount to the Member's Balance. qq221 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, ISP disruptions, or force majeure events.

6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

All sports betting markets, including football (bandar bola — general bookmaker-style football wagering), and combination bets (mix parlay — multi-leg accumulator bets), are governed by qq221's Sports Betting House Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and available on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between the House Rules and these Terms, the House Rules prevail for sports betting disputes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in relation to the qq221 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or exploit Platform features.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or cooperative betting in live dealer games.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or when communicating with the support team.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain credits, bonuses, or an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq221 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Circumventing geographical or device-based access restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

8 Privacy & Data

qq221 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

qq221 implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains strict internal access controls to protect Member data from unauthorized disclosure.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq221's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or any service provided by qq221 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

qq221 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if qq221 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

qq221 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. qq221 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance windows.

10 Termination

10.1 Termination by the Company

qq221 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if a Member breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to qq221. In the event of termination for cause, qq221 may forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held within the Account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

10.2 Termination by the Member

Members may request to close their qq221 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any applicable KYC verification must be completed. qq221 will process the final withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance within ten (10) business days of receiving a valid Account closure request. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise required by law.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq221 holds its international gaming license. Where a dispute arises that cannot be resolved through qq221's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Members based in Indonesia, qq221 acknowledges the local legal context and is committed to engaging constructively with any Member concerns that may have a regulatory dimension under Indonesian consumer protection law. Members are encouraged to contact qq221's support team in the first instance before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. qq221 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or a prominent Platform notice at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect.
